You know Rama and Narsimha
And Varaha and Vamana,
Kalaki and Kurma
And Matsya and Buddha.
But do you recall
The most famous one of all?
(intune with - Rudolph the red-nose raindeer)
~Krishna the bluish boy playing flute
stands in very lovely pose
And if you ever saw him
You would even say he glows!
All of the Vrindavan Gopis
used to pray and call his names
They never let dear Krishna
play his naughty cowherd games
(Stealing butter and breaking water pots)
Then come Kalyuga gloomy night
Chaitanya came to save
“Krishna is our true love so bright
Let’s enlighten everyone in sight!”
Nityananda preached to love him,
As Advaita shouted with glee!
(Yippee)
“Gorachandra thou art Krishna;
Came to set us all here free!”
